BIO.

I am Juano Frias, an Argentine painter born in 1987, with over 15 years of artistic experience. I graduated from an art school as a professional illustrator and have dedicated my life to perfecting my technique and exploring visual art in all its forms. I am currently working in Florence, Italy, a city whose rich artistic history has been a source of inspiration, pushing my painting to new levels.

My work as a painter focuses primarily on oil and acrylic, where I explore themes such as life, death, human nature, and deep emotions. Inspired by Baroque, Surrealism, and other artistic movements, each of my pieces is imbued with symbolism and visual storytelling, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in a world filled with meaning.

Throughout my career, I have traveled and lived in various parts of the world, enriching my style with diverse cultural influences and allowing me to blend academic technique with a personal, creative approach. For me, painting is a way to capture the intangible—sensations, emotions, and ideas that transcend words—and transform them into visually impactful works of art.

Although I have also built a career as a professional tattoo artist with over 15 years of experience, painting is where my true passion lies. Every canvas I create is a deeply personal artistic expression, designed to emotionally connect with those who view it.
